Who we are
Stream Local Recruitment Service is all about partnering with local small to medium businesses to enhance, develop and grow their teams, combined with supporting local people on their journey to find jobs with these businesses.
Going beyond the traditional recruitment model we can offer businesses a range of services, from traditional recruitment agency support for occasional recruitment needs, a low-cost monthly solution for frequent ongoing staffing requirements, through to an advisory and consultancy service for businesses seeking to grow and expand or restructure their team, and require insight and support while they remain focused on the day to day business challenges. Our two consultants Sharon and Mark have lived in Sussex since 1999, we’ve been launching, growing and leading teams and businesses since before that time, for both large corporates and small independents, and have worked specifically within recruitment since 2004, so can genuinely combine experience with local knowledge and interest ensuring a fantastic insight into our clients and candidates needs.

We are not a typical recruitment ‘agency’. We are not large enough to work with everyone and we intentionally don’t work with a high volume of employers at any one time. We work with businesses that want to benefit from our experience of launching, leading and growing teams, from recruiting staff to offering insight and support on how to get the best out of your people.
We also understand recruiting can be an expensive business, so can offer very cost effective tailored support support either on a traditional recruitment agency basis or a low cost ongoing retained basis where we essentially operate as an internal recruitment team for you.
